Shipping Information

All shipping is done asap, and all boards (unless otherwise noted) are made to order, with a ship date  of approximately 2-3 weeks from the date of your order.  Often times, this shipping estimate is less than quoted, however all boards are handcrafted individually, so workload will determine completion time. 

We usually ship priority mail to the US.  We try and find the cheapest shipping rate possible, but due to the heavy weight of these boards, parcel select is often more expensive than priority flat rate options.  We wish I could make shipping less expensive, but it is what it is.  The bright side is, with priority mail you do get tracking and shipping is usually very fast!   

If you have been delivered an incorrect product, we will replace it at my cost, including return shipping.  I will also assume cost for replacement of defective boards  (VERY rare).  Please contact us immediately for products that experience damage during shipping.  

If your board was not delivered due to being provided an incorrect address, we cannot be responsible for this.  Buyer must assume cost of re-shipping.

DISCLAIMER:  For international packages, SOMETIMES they are held for customs, which may cause shipping delays.  It is also a possibility that your board will be imposed duty, VAT, import or courier fees separate from shipping.  We are not be responsible for these fees and cannot predict them because they are not imposed on every package and they vary greatly from country to country.  If you are non- US, please check on the possible costs involved with this and be prepared if you get notice that your package is being held for those reasons.

Returns & Exchanges

Natural products like wood will have variations in color, pattern, and shape.  I work around this as much as possible.     This is also a product that may be a showpiece for most people, but is intended for use.  Most of our products are completely custom & made to order, we cannot guarantee it for life, but we are happy to offer 30 day returns or exchanges for any defects in workmanship, and advise heavily that you provide proper care with mineral oil to keep your board in great shape.
